Nikki primiani

Hi! I’m Nikki, and I have a passion for all things fantasy, writing, manga, and coffee. I have played about five or six different sports over the years, and have won many awards. I love to ski, sew, and draw portraits of my friends. When I’m not writing on Wattpad, coding my ancient Greek quiz app, or talking to my friends on Discord, you can usually find me at school, Starbucks, or holed up in my room with a good book or TV show.

3 Fun Facts

  1. I can fix anything with a piece of tape.
  2. I have a knack for naming things.
  3. I’m the only person I know that reads Shakespeare for fun.

I love to read and write. I have been published in the first-ever Mirman Rider lit magazine and was recently published in the international lit magazine Metamorphosis. In addition, my Wattpad dystopian novel was recently ranked 315 out of 41,700 stories!

I have been drawing and painting ever since I was a little kid. Art holds a special place in my heart, and I take private art classes at the Kline Academy of Fine Art every Saturday. I recently won a Silver award and several honorable mention awards from Scholastic Art and Writing for my art.

I started sewing when I was eight years old when I made a quilt with the help of my aunt. Ever since then, I have loved making things with a needle and thread!

Engineering and math have always been huge parts of my life, from the I3 design challenges I did at my school to continually advancing math classes.

I have been coding for a long time and using different languages to make different things. My most recent project is an ancient Greek quiz app. I have coded in Java, Python, JavaScript, and HTML.

Ever since I discovered mythology, I have always been fascinated by my Greek heritage and the history that came with it. I wanted to read famous Greek works like the Odyssey and the Iliad in their original languages, so I started learning ancient Greek!

This Greek quizzer web app is meant to help students studying ancient Greek, with loads of different questions meant to test the various capabilities of the student.

I love being on a team, and sports let me have a role uniquely suited to my capabilities!
